Requirements |
| - Previous experience in hospitality housekeeping is required - Being organized and flexible is a must - This is a physically demanding position that requires you to be on your feet for the full shift |
Duties and Responsibilities |
| - Managing the housekeeping staff and their schedules - Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas, guest rooms, linens, and equipment - Dealing with suppliers of cleaning materials and guest supplies - Controlling supply costs, budgets, and expenditure - Handling complaints and special requests from guests - Overseeing stock takes, paperwork, and safety audits - Providing the highest level of service and care to all residents and clients |
